Refund & Return Policy

Note: If you are unsure of the size you can print; want to be able to visualize it in your space; or have any questions, please contact me for assistance before you make your purchase to avoid any problems with your print/canvas.

My Nova Scotia based print house packages your prints & canvases carefully to industry standards. Although very rare, there is potential for damage to occur during the shipping process. If your print/canvas is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me right away (and send along photos so that I can file a claim). Once I receive your photos of the damage, we will discuss how to best proceed on a case-by-case basis.

PRINTS

If you are simply unhappy with your print, you may return it within 7 business days. You must package the painting in exactly the same fashion as it was when it arrived to you (you may reuse the packaging). I will email you my an address to return the print to. Return shipping fees, like all shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility. Once I have the print in perfect condition, I can proceed with a refund (less shipping charges) or with choosing a new piece (of equal or lesser value).

CANVAS

All sales are final on Canvas prints. They are carefully produced by a trusted local printer upon purchase. As your canvas is being made to order specifically for you, please understand that I cannot accept returns for Canvas prints.

CUSTOM

If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final.

DIGITAL PHOTOS

All sales are final on Digital photos. No refunds or exchanges on digital files.

Pick up can be arranged at our printing house for customers in the Halifax area. Select “free local pickup” at checkout and contact me to arrange a pick-up time.

Prints & Canvases are shipped via Canada Post with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Shipping must be paid in full at the time of purchase. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
